At a glance
RepLab is designed to work without a profile. We use aggregate event counts to learn which parts of the site are useful. We do not build an individual activity history from those counts.
Information kept on your device
Saved workouts, timer settings, and install-prompt choices are stored in your browser. The installable web version also caches site files for offline use. Clearing RepLab's site data in your browser removes this local information.
A workout link can contain its title, timing, equipment, and instructions. That information leaves your device only when you choose to copy, open, or send the link.
Anonymous site totals
Our measurement service accepts an allowlisted action, such as a timer start or copied share link, plus a broad source such as Direct, Google, Instagram, or Reddit. It immediately adds one to a daily total.
The analytics database does not accept or store a visitor ID, IP address, full referrer URL, email, workout content, or individual activity history. Aggregate counts are retained so we can compare product use over time.
Information you choose to provide
RepLab Pro early access
If you join early access, we store your email, selected training role, broad signup source, and consent timestamps in a database separate from anonymous totals. We use it only for Pro testing and launch communication.
Support messages
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message, address, and any information you include so we can reply.
Infrastructure providers may process limited information as needed to host the site, deliver email, protect the service, and keep it reliable. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and safeguards
Early-access details are kept until the testing and launch purpose ends or you ask us to delete them, unless retention is required by law. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer and manage the request. We use access controls and separate storage to reduce unnecessary access.
Your choices
- Use the free timer without an account.
- Clear saved workouts and settings through your browser's site-data controls.
- Ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided.
- Withdraw Pro email consent at any time. Marketing messages will include an unsubscribe method, and you can also email us.
RepLab Pro will include self-serve account deletion before public accounts launch. There is no RepLab account to delete today.
Changes to this policy
