1. What RepLab provides
RepLab provides browser-based workout timers, preset sessions, local saves, shareable workout links, and optional offline web-app features. The current free service does not require an account. Future paid or account features may have additional terms presented before you use them.
2. Fitness and safety
RepLab provides a general timing tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, personal training, or emergency monitoring. You are responsible for choosing appropriate activities, loads, surroundings, and supervision. Read the fitness disclaimer before training.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, upload or share unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use automated traffic that harms the service. You are responsible for workout content you create and links you distribute.
4. Shared workouts
Anyone with a workout link may be able to see the workout details encoded in it. Check the title, instructions, and equipment fields before sharing. Do not put confidential, personal, or sensitive information in a workout link.
5. Ownership
RepLab and its site design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You keep responsibility for original workout text you create and give RepLab permission to display and process it only as needed to provide the feature you requested.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for a reliable timer but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Browser restrictions, device sleep settings, audio permissions, network conditions, and software updates can affect timing, sound, saving, and offline access. Features may change, pause, or end.
7. No warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RepLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Privacy, links, and law
Our privacy policy explains current data practices. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting rights that must apply where you live.
10. Contact and changes
Questions can be sent to contact@replab.live. We may update these terms as RepLab changes. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their posted date.
